I have had my 1969 340 swinger since 1981 and always assumed that the broadcast sheet under the rear seat belonged to it.

Don't know if this car still exists and the sheet is pretty bad and I had to tape it to a piece of paper to save whats left of it.

If anyone can prove it belongs to there car I will give it to them just for $5 to cover proper shipping

Have you checked the front seat or seats, behind the glove box liner & under the carpet for additional sheets yet? If not, you may find more & hopefully at least one that matches your car.
 
That was the only sheet I found, and car has been in pieces a few times over the years as I bought it in 1981.
