Are all Mopar A and B-body 68-69 bucket seats the same? (under the seat cover) I know the tracks are different, just asking about the seats, thanks!

Yes the seats are the same. In 68 headrest were an option but cars made after Jan 1969 were mandated to have them. The 68's have the headrest holes in the frames and you just need to order the hardware. P and G sells the kits. You can feel the holes in the frames thru the seat cover to make sure they have the holes and are 1968 seats if they don't have headrests.
And the tracks are the same. i bought a set of 1968 seats out of a 68 Cuda for my 69 dart.
