Anybody know where the bucket seat seat belt retainer clips go? They hold the ends of the belts when not in use. Came with two small screws. My guess is that I have to pull back the vinyl on the bottom of the seats to find the screw holes, but I don't want to do that if it's not where they go. Back bench seat was easy.

One 1970 up seats there are holes for those in the FRONT of the bucket seat bottom.

The '69 Dart I had with those also had them on the front.

The holes are in the front and will be under the seat cover. It’s best to poke around with a stick pin to locate the holes but you would need a general location. Both my cars have bench seats so I can’t help you there but someone here can.

Just feel around, you should be able to find them from inside the seat frame.

A picture of my '69 bucket prior to disassembly. Both were on the inside.

They will be on the inside as mentioned.

With your expert guidance I was able to use a mirror to locate the holes and stick a pin from the inside and then a larger screwdriver from the outside to identify the location. I can't wait to clip my seat belt into it!
