that kit is not pre cut for side marker lights

Do you have to cut out marker light holes on all kits?

Yes, all must be cut out once centered on the marker light holes.

I use a product call "Rapid Tac" when installing vinyl stripes. It will allow you to float and reposition the vinyl until you squeegee the vinyl in place.
