I'm not "fluent" in "slant" but that almost has to be part of the snorkel heat stove for the air filter. Bolts to the exhaust manifold and has hi temp tubing between there and the filter housing Look up the closest year shop manual over at MyMopar, the emissins section, it surely will have a drawing
