can anyone tell me what year a-body these pedals are out of,looking to put them in a 70 dart ,would I have any problems with these pedals in there

They aren't the early A style, and there's no provisions on the clutch pedal for the clutch safety switch which was added in '70.
This one has the clutch safety switch, you can see the little "button" on the clutch arm for the rod that actuates the switch, and the extra nut on the assembly to mount the switch bracket
