Carb Studs (Edelbrock Phenolic Spacer)

Hey gentlemen I'm in the process of installing a spacer on my Edelbrock carb and am curious as to how tight the longer carb studs should be tightened? Is finger tight okay? Do I need to use any gasketcinch on these studs or on the spacer?

The studs on my intake are finger tight(where they enter the manifold). I have no issues and they're removable if i ever need to change one out.

I snugged mine a little since I hate it when a stud comes out when I just want to take the nut off.
