Wanting to swap my 650 edelbrock avs carb. Manual choke, almost new for a bigger carb of similar design. No freakin Holleys please. Must be like new. Went bigblock 451 instead of smallblock is only reason for swap. Thanks

I have a 750 1407 .

I have a newly rebuilt 850 TQ if you’d consider that. It was rebuilt by Rusty for Nella’s van project, but that never car to fruition!

Your thermoquad is calibrated for? Been run or had gas in it? Thanks.

It’s never been run, never even mounted. It was destined for a 340 motor that was going to go into Nella’s van project, which I never did. I would have to ask Rusty if he remembers doing it, and if he remembers any details of what was done. I am putting a 273 Commando motor in a 66 Valiant, I don’t have a good carb for it, so I would be willing to trade for a good working carb for that motor.

Gotcha. This is a manual choke if that matters? I can post pictures later today. It’s got maybe 300 miles on it. Had it on a 351w mustang GT that I built for my wife. She sold the car to some lowballers and got the new car itch. I kept the carb and some other parts, not enough, and put a rebuilt afb on it.It’s for a 451 mopar im building. A 650 isnt big enough. Hence the question of calibration. I don’t have a thermoquad strip kit anymore. Thanks,Mark.
