I made mine out of a corrugated double sided aluminum sign material which I covered with black FlexSeal Alumalite™ | Corrugated Plastic Core Panels | Aluminum Composite Panel

I didn't notice a difference. what is it? The perforated holes to punch the rear defrost was not there other than that it looked pretty good.

The first photo shows original tray with a width of 8 1/2”
Repop photo shows less than 8”

The judges at MCACN will never know. A guy from town got his Mopar judged. It was actually a Satellite Sebring cloned to a GTX.

Are all of the reproductions made by the same supplier? I did not notice that on the one I installed but I didn't compare them at the time. I see what you mean though . Maybe the tooling for the cut out is used for many other makes and model cars. It is obvious though that the slots look shorter and fatter. Could it be because they are CNC cut verses die stamping of the older trays?
