carter avs 4612sa help

can someone get me a pic or tell me if there are squirters on the secondary side of this carb ??
rebuilding it and the are two tapped screw holes...on the secondary side...just making sure I am not missing any parts

How to Rebuild the Carter AVS Carb
Some later AVS carbs came with a hot-idle compensator valve. A crudeemissions device, the compensator opens a passage to the manifold vacuumvia a bimetallic thermostatic strip. When it opens, a significant vacuumleak is created in the carb.
