I dont understand. They are obviously not "NOS". They would be in a lot better condition if they were. Would they not???? It looks like someone bought some "NOS" parts and took them and put their decent parts in the boxes.

NOS parts boxes...believe it or not but people collect them too, they are more rare than the parts!!
