chrome fluid balancer

I am wondering if anyone has any input on this chrome small block fluid balancer i found at KMJ Performance out of Ames,Iowa.The selling price is $99.99 plus shipping.It just seemed cheap for a new chrome fluid balancer.Has anyone heard or used this balancer before?

No input on the construction...just thinking it might be kind of hard to read the timing marks with a timing light flash reflecting off the chrome finish.
