I'm looking for a brushable chrome paint to touch up the chromed plastic on my dash and inner door emblems. I heard a while back that there's a type of nail polish that's good for this. Anyone know anything about this or something else that might work?

I found an applicator at a hobby shop that looks like a magic marker in a steel case and has a plastic chisel point that provides a nice even flow. Testors makes it. I found it to be the closest thing to the real deal. The 'real deal' is a process, not an application.

DusterDon. I think the was 340SIX on moparts that found that nail polish. I used cheap chrome spray paint wich works well for smaller parts but requires a lot of masking for a dash. For the small details like lettering on the dash I sprayed some paint in a cup and used q-tips to apply it.
