Chrysler Newport 1975 360 - 2 barrel - misfire? running problems

My Field relay is not original, someone used black typical 12v relay with 4 pins... normaly open relay? normaly close relay? When I connect the positive cable to battery I hear field relay click. ( Key is off/ignition off) . Is it normal?

Shouldn’t hear a field relay clicking with the key off. A brief general description of a common cause of overvoltage at the battery on these cars. Touch a bit on the intent/function of the later field relays towards the end.

So went from about 6 to around 13 initial timing and it got better. That should tell you something.
