***UPDATE needed and deserved*** Gabe, from Classic Industries, reached out to me because of my recent experience. I must say that his concern was genuine and his desire to help and make things right was refreshing. THIS is what separates the GREAT companies from the rest.. Even the best companies can't always get it right the first( or second..or third..or...lol) transaction.. but the ones that make it right, or at least try, are what separates them. We are at the very early stage on this path to make things right, but I can confidently say all will seemingly end well. It's only fair...and honorable, to put this positive message out there after my negative rant. Gabe has restored my confidence to continue now, and in the future, doing business with Classic Industries. Also, a special mention for Henry, a customer rep I've been dealing with at Classic the past few weeks.. He has and continues to go above and beyond to rectify my situation.

Thanks. It's not critical. I know some vendors offer it and some don't. I have to have the driver's side for sure and possibly the passenger's side. I cannot do it immediately anyway, so don't put yourself out over it. I have to get it done regardless, but livin on social security, every little bit helps.
