Yes they can be oiled through the pushrod if the lifter and pushrod is capable, like the factory Magnum lifters are set up for.
None of the literature in the box says it will, but the adjuster and rocker arm body are drilled for it.
I think the PRW and Speedmaster versions were directly copied from the Comp version. I measured a Comp and a Speedmaster set and they are virtually identical in every functional way, so those will oil through pushrods as well.
