Converting small lug pattern to the 4.5" pattern

Hi everyone. I'm picking up a 67 FB this weekend and will want to do a wheel/tire upgrade. Info on doing this upgrade will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. I'm attaching a pic to get clarification on whether these are the small bolt pattern.

Later front brakes from a '73-76 A body or FMJ knuckles and the A-body brakes, and some custom axles will get you there easily.

5 bolts so you measure from the edge of one lug hole to the center of the opposite lug like the image below. I don't think anyone could tell what you have just by eyeing it from a photo.
