Which is recommended for a stock build with factory low compression. It will be run in a demolition derby car and see times of overheat without coolant.

IDK about "copper" do you mean the three layer premium type?
actually any would work- it's the oil you want cool

can you hide water injection? (LIKE from the window washer)
 
Yes I meant the 3 layer.
No we are not able to hide water injection.
I found last year it gets so hot that it will melt a nylon oil line for a gauge. That was the 1st and last time I run an oil gauge.
I ran a temp gauge last year and she got up to 280.
