Correct carb for 69 Barracuda 383 4 speed car?

Does this look like the correct carb for a 69 383 four speed car?

4426 is for a 1968 383 4 speed.
The 1969 383 4 speed carb is a 4615

look on the mounting ear on the front right it will have the number stamped into it. That aluminum tag could be moved to a different carb.

By the way... The factory service manual lists the carb number for the engine and options
 
Hard to tell for sure from the pics, but it looks like that carb does not have conventional idle mixture screws. Only the awful single air screw which gives very limited, & certainly not ideal, adjustment for idle quality & rpm. You would only want to use that carb if the engine is stock & matching #s. Some of the carbs of that era did have hidden brass mixture screws behind the alum plugs at the front of the carb. You would need to remove a plug to check.
