To bad, I bought one from them last year, not off eBay but directly and it was not that pump, was like the one Krooser posted above. If memory serves me correctly it was also double that price. I’d gladly pay double to get another like the one I have.

Just bought the PRW version of that pump, cheapest I could find it was about $125 shipped. 2-1/2 times as much, oh well. They need to get their shit straight

You can tack an anti-cavitation plate on any metal vane impeller. The ol' CAT water pump had the "swirl" cast solid impeller facing the timing case.

I wanted the CVF, whatever the story is there with pricing or availability I’ve no clue. Went with the PRW version instead which is the same thing but more money. Still a wad of cash less that the Edelbrock. Big impeller fitting close within the cavity and threaded bores to plug off vs stubs. So that’s that

Hey Josh, does that pump have provisions for both heater hoses and bypass? Can't tell from the pics.

Yall, just get a Flowkooler and you won't have all that BS to put up with.

No it does not, I blocked both heater hoses off and bypass, you have to run without a thermostat and just run a restrictor. Moroso sells them in different sizes cheap so you can get your coolant temp pretty good

Still have to put up with plugging the hose connection stubs BS in some situations and that company states:
          From 0-3,300 RPM…Nothing Beats a FlowKooler”.......
I’m sure it’s a fine piece but by how much does it beat any other hi-flow/volume pump?? Are they talking by a scant few degrees or 10-20+ degrees??? And what if you cruise higher up in the rev range than 3300 rpm (which I and surely others do)...obviously some other pump(s) beats theirs. Which one(s)?? This begs the following:

Haven’t heard of people having any trouble with the PRW/CVF version so I’m not sure what point your trying to make and anyway, I posted initially about the CVF pump in an existing post regarding......the CVF/PRW pump. So I’m in the clear as far as people running threads off track.:poke:

I guess you're blind to the OP's problem, then.

I guess. I thought it was relevant. I just offered a viable alternative. So yeah, I guess I am done. Thanks.

Looks like the CVF SB water pumps are now in stock in their Ebay store:

When I got mine last summer, I think I remember seeing the same thing where the price on the website was higher than the ebay listing. I go the one with the removable fittings like the OP. Seems like a nice part and I agree, that even at $90 it is probably worth it.

I just purchased via eBay with free shipping. It should be here in a week.
Total was $50.03 including sales tax.
            I'll post what I get.

(07/26/21) Shipment tracking info says package is supposed to be delivered today. I'll post pics of the pump after it arrives.
(07/26/21) The water pump delivered today looks identical to the pump in the pics of Post #17. I'm impressed for $46 + tax.

Ordered another pump (currently have the PRW sold version) and I got the GMB version that @12many got. Looks like it's luck of the draw, or they're selling the cheap version on ebay and the good version only direct.

Their customer support sent a reply, they have the pump I (we) want, and are going to send out a return label so I can do an exchange.

They've been helpful the few times I've contacted them, even giving me dimensions when I was trying to figure my pulley combo out.
