I saw that too the other day, but I'm a little more impressed with the freevalve designs Koeniggsegg is producing as far as versatility and usefulness.
Literally Dial a Cam profile, even on the fly.
The engineering in the CVV stuff is pretty impressive though.

Have you all seen the variable compression engine that Nissan has, some crazy technology out there for sure.

That free valve design has some crazy potential, think you can go from gas sipper for crazy mileage to like a radical race motor just by a simple reprogramming. Think if they merged the free valve and variable compression into one engine.
