Dart Mid Trim Removal

I may have found a donor parts car to get the mid level trim (shown in picture in red) for my Dart.
How are these pieces brittle pieces removed without damaging them? Is there a tool?

I may be wrong but I seem to think there is a screw at one end, then it slides off the clips.
 
I'm not sure on your car but there were tons of cars manufactured where it was a double-faced adhesive rubber strip. I used to rip them off the cars I painted and replaced them with NAPA aftermarket stuff. The older ones were clipped on like mentioned in the previous post. Look down and pull on them and if you see light then they are clipped on. If you see a black line they are adhesive tape. If tape, a putty knife blade laid pretty flat will make quick work of it.
 
That appears to be a ‘76 Dart. I have a 75 Scamp that had the same rub strips and, as stated above, it’s just held on with adhesive tape. Carefully pull the rub strips off.
