Trying to install my dash bezel. My dad had it rebuilt. The screw holes at the top are pretty big. Not sure what screw goes in there and how it attaches to the dash.

There is a metal plate that should be screwed to the top of the bezel inside. The screws clamp on that. The big holes in the plastic are just for access. Sounds like you may be missing the plate.

They're called U type, #10 Speednuts or Tinnermans. I get them at Lowes

Barry toes where did you get it refurbished. The bezel? I am looking for that on mine... thx.

My car ='68 cuda. Top plate is screwed on as seen in pics. Cluster is attached with eight special screws. Top row of screws has U-clips in dash to screw into, but bottom row screws directly into dash. Hope pics help.
