Trying to determine date code for this spare tire. I think this is System 2 decoding. Help! Hoping correct for late build 1971 A-Body

Are you sure that is the DOT code? Usually the date code follows the embossed DOT.

By the one picture my brother says made in December 1969. Probably too early for late 71 build. Does it say made in USA or Canada?
