I’m making a drive hub for my crank snout that will take a commercial 11” or larger degree wheel for setting cam timing. Will accept a 1/2” square socket drive. Are the center holes in the degree wheels 1” dia or something bigger? Like know so I can get this made this weekend.

I just saw this and went out and looked. Mine have 1" holes.

Depends on the wheel, I'm sure. I scored one of the kits Summit used to sell, but, here, locally, used. It fits right onto "snug" to a Mopar balancer bolt.

All of the crankshaft turning sockets with the made on degree wheel adapter I have ever seen have 1" diameter threads for the degree wheel. Every dang one. I have three myself.

I have one that has a SBC sized hole in it. I faced off an old SBM crank bolt and I think it’s a 1/2 hole in the degree wheel so I tapped that bolt 1/2 inch and I just bolt the wheel to the crank bolt. Any crank that has a bolt bigger than the hole in my degree wheel I just get the right bolt for the crank and drill and tap it.
