Denton/Corinth TX safety inspection

Can I get a recommendation for a place to take my 68 Dart for a state safety inspection? I'm not worried about it passing, I just moved to the state and don't have a good feel for a place to take my car to. Looking for a place around the Denton or Corinth TX area.

There are dozens of inspection stations in the Denton area. I've used several, but I've not found much difference in any of them. If you use one that does only inspections, and not repairs, you are less likely to have someone try to convince you that you need work done on your car. Depending on model year, there are different inspection requirements, but a '68 Dart should be no problem.

Last year the inspection process changed a lot and I don't know if it affects first time registration. The best way to find out is to go to TXDMV.GOV - Home

That website also gives you a list of authorized inspection stations.
