I have a Dixco Hood Tachometer that I purchased on E Bay a few months back. This may be a far fetched request but I would trade this tach for a running 340 motor. Motor would only need to be complete internally including cylinder heads. No need for intake, carb, alternator, water pump, starter, distributor, Exhaust manifolds etc... Must be a running motor not in need of any internal rebuilding. I will only entertain serious offers. I can drive to pick up from Massachusetts south along east coast states to South Carolina or maybe Georgia. Or could arrange for shipping to zip code 27592 Willow Spring, N.C. I am NOT selling this for cash as I need a motor. Here are pics of the tach.... Please note that this tachometer has since been painted with Semi Gloss Black Enamel paint. Tachometer only needs a pigtail. Was told it was in good working order when I purchased it. I really do not want to get rid of this tach but I need a motor more than a tachometer. P.M. me with offers if interested. Pics would be appreciated also. Thanks FABO!!!!

Update: Tested this tachometer and it does operate properly.

Would you just sell the tach?

Thanks for testing it maniac. But I think at this point I'll pass. I only have 1 running 340 left and it's supposed to go into my Demon.

Not too far fetched...I sold the working tach out of my '65 "S" for 1/2 the price of the car...$$!
