got more updated info on the car.

1972 Dodge Demon project, one of 1667 made with the 4spd and 340 engine combo, probably even less around with the petty blue factory paint. Been sitting for a long time and will need restoration and been sitting since the 1980's when the previous owner parked it..BODY: Very presentable needing very little work. Paint looks very nice for an older repaint. This is a factory petty blue car and found the color threwout the car. Very straight body, but roof has some decent size dents in it and looks lke a 9 year old kid might have stepped on it. The dents are medium sise, so they could pop out or even one of those paintless dent removal process they use now. Not sure how to undent those and did not feel the need to remove the headliner to look at it. Rest of the body looks pretty nice. Quarter panel looks like it was replaced at one time from different paint on it and still looks good. Fenders, trunklid, hood, glass, bumpers, grill, doors and trim all look very nice. Driver side floor pan has rust hole and will need a patch. Trunk pan has rust and will need to be replaced and has a few rust holes in the trunk corners where the trunklid meets, also easy fixes. One lower quarter panel wil need the typical patch panel.Very complete car forthe little fixes it will need. Fender tag was stolen many years ago, body numbers match dash vin. Have not located the original broadcast sheet, but alot of cars either came witthout those over even the correct ones as it was something the assembly workers did and was not required in the cars. INTERIOR:Looks like a decent interior with the correct floor shift column, bucket seats with older recovering and recent capet replacment.Door panels are nice and dash gauges do wrok ok, but will need a new harness. The simulated wood dash bezel are included with the car, but came with no radio. gas tank is out of the car and will need to be replaced. 4 spd shifter looks great with a console surrounding it.DRIVETRAIN: The original motor was gone when the car was bought and a replacment 1968 340 engine was installed. While working on the car, replacment lifters were installed and looks to be te wrong ones, and the car is not running properly enough to operate and will need replcments. Engine has late model 360 heads and comes with a set of 340 J heads to make it look more correct. Also, has headers and a bad starter so running this car home won't happen, not a driver and will probably have to do some more tlc to make the engine run better, so bring a trailer to pickup. Not sure if the transmission is numbers match, but it did work very well and will save you some cash and time not having to rebuild it. Also had a new flywheel installed. Radiator works good, driveshaft is nice. Carb is replaced Holley performance model. manual small bolt disc brakes are on the car and worked good. Has manual steering box for racing those fun road trips. Rearend is factory small bolt 8 3/4 rearend and has a 3:55 suregrip in it. If you don't need the suregrip or the 340 air cleaner and want just the car, I can remove it, put in a roller 3rd member and deduct some cash from the total amount. Still has the hipo 340 suspension in the car. Older wheel and tires will need to be replaced, probably good to upgrade to some nice 17in wheel everybody is using.
