Does anyone know a good company that does vintage hub cap restoration? Thank you.

Anyone that polishes and straightens stainless trim can do wheel covers. The complication on wheel covers is they are often double walled or double thickness. I haven't found a polisher yet that can thoroughly do a wheel cover that has some "road rash". I understand that they are out there, that "road rash" can be welded and be ground down, but this has got to be expensive.
