Hi everyone,

Was wondering if anyone could offer some advice on replacing in rubber inserts that are located on the body where the door hinges bolt through. Thy are square and I cant seem to locate them anywhere. Its a 72 Duster

Thanks,

Not sold. Mopar used rubber, expanding foam etc... over the years. Anything will work as it is just a weather seal. It was not the seam sealer material though you could use it as it just seals out moisture behind the kick panel.
After you install the bolts from the inside of the car, just a dab or squirt depending on what you end up using before you install the outer bolts with the large washer will do the job.
We do complete, no "bushings" remanufacturing of Mopar door hinges.

Thanks everyone for the help! Greatly appreciated!!!!

Seam sealer as mentioned, not a spacer.

It was applied as the hinges went on to keep water and debris out.

It can be misleading because it leaves behind that perfect square foam piece in the hole. I also once thought it was a seal.
Crap....just realized I didnt seal those bolts on my car. :)
