Door latch screws

I don’t know what I have here. The door jamb striker latch screws w tooth washer sit too proud. I think they are the right screws with cone shaped washer.

When close the door, the door scrapes the screw head. What have I done wrong????

No need for teethed washers in my opinion. And those heads look too big(wrong screws)

The fact on tu used those washers for a reason- I’d use them.

I should have looked closer. I asked my "staff" to install them. Looks great, but damn....they are mounted backwards!!!!!!!!! doh!!!!!!!!!!

I'll flip them around when we are back at school on Monday! that's funny right there.........
