Just wondering if all door lock knobs are the same for all of the "Abodies".Meaning like thread size which I believe is a #10-32 thread but want conformation. The reason I ask is I was thinking about making some made of 6061 Aluminum and selling them for anyone looking for that custom look.

There is about a billion aluminum door lock knobs out there already.

I have a set of these on my car, and I'm sure your time is worth a lot more than they cost.

Yes I know there are a lot out there and in my opinion there are a lot of them out there that are not my taste either.
That being said I would prefer a stock looking one just made of polished aluminum for my car and if I am going to make some for my car then I might as well make a bunch and sell them at a very reasonable price.
It's just a thought right now and thank you greatly for your opinion.

Yea, I guess if you are going to make them anyway.

I like your idea I would buy a set knowing they are home made and not from China.
