I have the bowl for that door mirror. I was told its NOS and it may be since there are no scratches or pits. The chrome isn't as brite as what we get on those reproduction mirrors.
Best I can guess is someones remote mirror got knocked off the door , breaking its' foot / base. So they purchased a non remote mirror and transfered the parts. The none remote glass assembly was included but I used that part.
