Hi everyone,
Last week I posted about a bad vibration in the 1970 dark with a little slant six and a little A903 Three on the tree stick shift. The problem was a bad vibration above 60 mph and got worse as we got faster. Problem turned out to be a torn up driveshaft yoke caused by a very very worn output shaft bushing on the transmission. New bushing new seal and a used good driveshaft yoke and she is nice and smooth.

Thanks for the post. I have a vibration issue and yoke has some play in the transmission tailshaft. Think it is a driveline issue based on behavior and when it happens. Good to know the yoke/bushing can be the cause.
Did you explore if the wear was the result of something else being off or possibly just from normal use over time?
I am wondering if in my case it could be a symptom of something else going out or worn (inside transmission or drive shaft alignment/angle etc.)
