So I removed my door locks for rekeying. To do so, I removed the rear track to access the clip that holds the lock cylinder rod. When I put everything back together, the window glass now is tilted downward in the rear. To be honest, I've had the window down since I bought the car and don't know if it was like this before I started removing the locks or not. Anyway, I have the manual and tried to adjust it but am not really sure which bolts accomplish this. Here are some pics.
