Diagnosis... Plum Crazy.
I'm changing from drum to disc on my 68. The hub and drums have a dual bolt pattern. The spindles and back plate have been sandblasted and painted black. The paint on the drums didn't wanna come off with crushed coal sand blasting. I'm including all hardware, brake cylinders, shoes, bearings, drums, back plates, hubs and rubber hose. Each side will fit in a large USPS flat rate box. Price... $250 shipped in USA from 15332. A large USPS flat rate box is $21, so it's $42 and change for USPS and $200 and change for Dfr.
