A part store should be able to look up the correct rear drum brake wheel cylinder. Maybe not every part store. I prefer NAPA.
Odd to me... In the original pic the wheel cylinder looks too long, thus holding a shoe away, like maybe the push rods are wrong, a piston was installed backward ( they should have a concave side out and flat side in ). Some wheel cylinders have a spring inside between the 2 pistons while others do not have this spring. All of this can limit how far the wheel cylinder collapses and/or how it fits.
