Duster doors

I'm looking to get rid of my fiberglass doors off of my 70 Duster. I was just wondering what the differences between the years. Will 73 doors fit a 70?

70-72 doors only according to hollander. Lawrence

The doors will interchange and fit. Just gotta swap it out as a whole assembly. I'm pretty sure '73 glass will only fit '73 interior window mounts/mechanisms. Hopefully the doors you are looking at are complete. Also, the interior door handles are in a different location between '70-'72 and '73-'76.

Earlier doors also do not have the "crash bar". I believe '72 may have been the first year for that. '73 & later definitely had them.

here is a brief of the 73- up doors-- i have no knowledge of the prior year doors-- looking for some one to step up some pics of 70-72 to add to this thread,
pay close attention to the trim & upper door plastics-- not sure if the earlier models used this type of trim

Yes, thanks! In fact I wanted to know if I could put -74 window mounts/mechanisms to -71 door. No I cant... #-o Passenger side window mechanism is broken.
