Duster Interior Door Trim

Hello,

I just put new door panels on my 1970 Duster. On the door, above the door panel, closest to the rear of the car there is a small hole on both the driver and passenger side. I have searched all over google and cant figure out what goes in these holes. Anyone have any idea?

IIRC, those are just access holes for the track inside the door. Usually they are just plugged.

I believe there was a little plug that went in there. I remember it on my 71 Duster but never investigated why they were there.

Yup, tiny plug......similar to the one used on the accelerator pedal to keep the cable end from coming loose.
