E-Brake Spring Attachment Under Dash

    oK.....under the dash t/s'g an electrical problem and spring for the E=Brake falls down. I thought I knew where it connected...one end to the pin w/ cotter pin but where does the other end connect ??? Pictures and manuals don't show where connected. I think forward of the pin as handle comes forward so it seems spring needs to pull handle back.

    A picture will help if possible. ....tight working area for sure.

    its not the spring shown. Its the 1 in long 1/2 in dia black spring. One end hooks to the pin w/ cotter key. The other end goes where?
