Found this on ebay. Looks like a good setup for someone converting over.

Be careful if you are going to use a 10.5 clutch . You'll need aftermarket linkage. Brewers sells every piece youll need . their good to work with as well.
 
Thats pretty cheap.I paid 140 for just the 4 speed hump. And that wasnt with the top plate.
