Trying to sort out finding replacement seat covers for my 64 Valiant and options are very limited for the early a's with split bench front seats.

My questions is: Did all 63 to 66 Valiant, Dart 2dr sedans have the same bench seat dimensions? Upholstery pattern & color was just different on same seat frames.

Thanks

They had the same dimensions I believe. Rear seat bottoms are different tho.

Thanks.
My original interior has only one issue. Damaged upper portion of drivers side split bench. Thought I was going to have to change entire interior due to no one reproducing pre 66 early -a bench seat upholstery.
Found a vendor that had a NOS upper front section that is exact color match & pattern for my cloth inner, vinyl outer setup for only $75
Kudos to Original auto interiors.

On the car shows (Velocity cable), most shops take their seats to local upholstery shops that redo them custom, so aren't limited by a catalog. They don't usually say what that cost. I wish I knew of some local shops that were affordable. In 1995 I bought new upholstery for my 1965 Newport thru the J.C. Whitney catalog. The shop contacted me to ask about the top shape of my seats. They were in L.A. and I still have their name somewhere. Sounded like they made all seat covers to order and said they had patterns going back to the 1920's. Direct-order they could offer more materials and colors than J.C.'s catalog and skipping that middleman would have saved a bit.

The original front and rear seats in my 65 Dart wagon were totally trashed and I was running into the same problem - no one made an interior kit for an early A wagon. I had a set of 66 Dart buckets so I knew they would fit. I got to looking at a 66 Barracuda rear folddown seat so decided to see if it would fit - yes - bolts right in. Since the Barracuda shares the same floorpan was the wagon, the seat base fit right in place. I contacted Legendary and they did a custom upholstery set based on the 66 Barracuda pattern but in the 65 blue color since the rest of my interior is blue.

Got lucky on my 64.
Interior is awesome except for upper drivers section on split bench and really love original look of cloth & vinyl the valiant 100s had. Thought about redoing it all with available legendary 66 dart covers, having them do a custom for me, or taking to local shop for possible match. All those options were pricey.
Original Auto Interiors had a NOS 1964 set that were an exact match but not complete.
Luckily they had the upper section I needed for just $75.
