I have an early B body 8 3/4 and I'm looking to put it in my barracuda. It's only 1 3/8" longer so think I can get away with some back spaced wheels. I know I have to move the perches but I'm just wondering what you guys are running for early b body rears.

Get the offset hangers while you're moving perches. I'm running an early B-body rear (67) in my Demon with offset hangers and running 5.25" backspace on the wheels. Tires are 275/50-15 Nitto drag radials in picture, but I recently switched over to 275/60-15 Nitto

Ok so with the offset hangers you will have to move the perches in further right? Say it's a 1" offset you will have to move the perch in one more inch. Thanks.

71 Duster w/ 68 B-body Dana 60 and MP 3/4" spring reloacation kit. Was able to run 10" wide Draglites with 6.5" backspacing.

Just remember that the further you move the perches in, the worse it corners.

Yes, but it's not quite 1". If you decide to go this route there are two manufacturers of offset hangers; Cass (Dr. Diff) makes some really cool heavy-duty offset brackets http://www.doctordiff.com/, here's an Ebay listing for them: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mopar-A-bod...2959712?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories, or Mopar Performance brand purchased through a seller like Mancini Racing: http://chucker54.stores.yahoo.net/manofshacand1.html
