I watched the video a few weeks ago. Real shame this has to happen Ed Pink is a living legion.
However things like this do happen and business like this are often displaced
The shop was sold some years ago and im sure the current owners will be well compensated and be able to build another facility

The shop was sold years ago, doesn't belong to Pink anymore anyway. Eminent domain has a whole legal and political process with multiple options for appeals, community input, legal wrangling, etc, etc. Not to mention they have to pay the market rate for the property they're buying anyway, which will be millions of dollars in this case.
