No Pressure At Pressure Gauge, Squeeze Fuel Line And Rises A Bit But Not Much. Fuel Pump Is Half As Loud As It Was Before When It Is Working, Has My Pump Gone Bad. Its A Blue Holley, Car Will Not Start.

Sounds like it's either partially plugged w/ crud either at the pump or filter...or starting to fail on you. Have you checked your filter for contaminents?
I've got one on my Scamp and I'm waiting for the new Aerospace pump to come avail. from Don @ FBO and I'm switching asap...I just dont trust a Blue pump for cont. duty on a street car, besides the fact that they dont flow for crap when you factory in the work they've got to do to pull fuel from the tank or cell and push it up to the carb, especially at WOT when gravity is working against them your looking at a low of 35psi! Can you say fuel starvation at the top end? Holley's rating is a 'free flow' rating...ie no burden on the pump! Which is unrealistic!
