Hi-Temp engine enamel. What is good to use? What are you guys using and where is it available. Can pick up engine paint at Auto Zone but is it any good? Need something that will last and look good doing it. Thanks all. Terry B.

I've used Mp (sucks) and Duplicolor wich is pretty good. This time I bought a POR15 engine detailing kit but havent used it yet. $34 off ebay.

I use plastikote engine colors- they work good and last a long time- also for a little extra shine hit it with some engine paint clear![/IMG]

I know I just had those on for mock up purposes and forgont to take them off for the pics- I'm gonna powder coat them this weekend- also thinking about a mini alternator setup

I use Duplicolor, From Advance or Auto Zone, I just Did my new 340 for my 69
and I used #1636 Chrysler Industrial Red, and then I clear coat it when it gets takky, with#1652 Clear Coat. Iv'e had no troubles with Duplicolor.
I'd post pics but I have no way to do so.
