FABO member charger70 is travelling from AZ to MN and needs tranny help.

He is broken down in Gallup, NM. Any members near that could lend a hand or can recommend a shop in the area?

3rd gear is out on his /6 904 Duster

No body ever breaks down in OKLAHOMA or is it nobody comes through OKLAHOMA.

If they would break down in my area I can even offer up a free rollback ride but nobody breaks down in Oklahoma.

Thanks for the offers in Oklahoma :thumbup: Too bad the problem didn't happen there instead of New Mexico.

Last we talked w/ him, he was changing the fluid, filter and installing a tranny cooler to try and make it home to Minnesota.

Fingers are crossed for the journey. I will report back if needed....:cheers:

i have a friend that owns a trans shop in phoenix az. he might know of somebody out that wasy that could help. i called and left him a message, when he calls back i will let you know...

Morning Update on his travels........

He's made it through NM and the panhandle of TX and is making his way on Highway 54 towards Hutchinson, KS. Duster trans is holding up so far with the fluid change and tranny cooler addition. 8)

He appreciates all the help & concern and asks everyone to keep their fingers crossed....LOL
