This is a basically modern version of what the 1968 Hemi Darts & Cudas were. Except the sanctioning bodies are categorizing them in the Stock classes as opposed to Super Stock, where they use to put factory built/authorized "race only" vehicles.

YES, I was T-boned by some jackwheel that got his challenger two days previous to dam near killing me! There should be a qualification for certain horsepower levels that people can just buy and drive.
