Fan Shroud- what does it fit?

Hello all, I have a fan shroud, I don't remember where I got it. Can't find any numbers molded into the plastic. Has 109 or 601 written in grease pencil. Do any of the Mopar gurus know what this is for or what it is worth?

I’m not near mine to measure it, but it looks like it could be from an 80s truck

Look for a part number on the inside. And Google it.
