That car is toast, way more work than I want to do and no title. Illinois is a title state.

I know I'm right....
there is $1500 in parts on that. F the title as you'll never get that back on the road. Id pay $200 for that PB booster and vacuum can and the 4 bumper guards. The headlight bezels look good even.....and those 2 plastic interior rear window trims? Seems pretty good internally. I messaged him for parts only.
